- We DO need to update some paperwork, and one area is our pictures of family and home. Apparently they need to now have these notarized and apostilled before they are registered in a region. So.... I am trying to gather these pictures again. I have no idea why I didn't save these as well in our dossier book that has EVERYTHING....but I didn't. So, I am having to find them, make copies and even take new pictures of certain rooms. UGH!
- We also have 4 new documents to re-do as the template has changed on those. So we are working on them as well.
- We have a meeting scheduled with an attorney to go over wills etc, as we haven't done that yet.
- We have to send our registration back for our International Adoption Doctor.
- Chris has contacted the travel agency we are going to use when we get the call....and now we just have to decide where we will be flying out of etc.
- We have a letter to send out to our family and friends...and we are planning a yard sale in another month. And another fun raiser if I can get my act together.
So, my thoughts are scattered and I am in hurry up mode, so I can get to the next "wait stage" and take a deep breath!

That's great that you are next! I hope you hear something very soon. Sounds like you are getting as ready as you can be to go. You can never be too prepared!
Thanks for the reminder about the lawyer and wills and stuff! I've been putting that off which is so silly! You're NEXT! Soon, soon, soon! :-) I thought of your today - went to Discover Mills and walked past the entrance to Medieval Times! :-)
Thanks for this! I found you! Yes, it is cool to put me on your blogroll...if it's ok, I will do the same for you!
How exciting to be NEXT for siblings! I hope that means you hear something really soon. Of course, we have no idea when we'll be traveling, but wouldn't it be cool if we end up in Moscow at the same time!?!
Thanks for your comments on our blog. :0)
Congratulations on your decision to go for siblings! We are adopting a sibling group of 3 in Vladivostok and hope to be returning soon for court. You are right on track with your packing list! "Our" oldest is 8 and she loved the bubbles as much as her younger siblings. The blow-up balls from the dollar store were also a hit with the kids and the orphanage director (we didn't break anything). One thing we gave them that was a surprise hit - toothbrushes. Never would have thought that. Good luck -
