New Case Worker.......Again

Yes, it's true our case worker/coordinator is leaving our agency as of Friday. From her email to us she has decided to pursue a different career direction. I am happy for her, but bummed for us. You really don't want to know how many reps we have been through since we started this process. Three in the Nashville office and now our third in the St. Louis office. That's six agency caseworkers total! Good grief! That's a lot of turnover!

Good news is that our dossier was officially registered in the Moscow region as of June 6th! So, now they know we exist.

I have more to post...... things I am excited about...but I'll wait until I have everything together and some pictures to show you. Probably tonight. :-)

I am so sorry your newest caseworker left. Do you know who your next one is? Okay - enough of that - CONGRATS on being registered! That is SO, SO exciting! They must have a good idea if they registered you. Maybe I can stop in the MOE for you next week and drop a few hints? :-) I'll tell Vera (the MOE lady) to move you to the front of the list. :-) I'll be stalking your blog waiting for pictures... LOVE pictures! :-)

I remember when our rep changed last fall. I was heart brokern and then I learned that most people had their contact change at least once during the process. I hate that there is so much turn-over and makes it so hard on the families.

We went through several in both locations also. I think as the wait gets longer you experience more turnover. People just don't stay in one place like they used too. Congratulations on being registered and I hope you hear something very, very soon!

Hi Jackie and Chris!

So glad to see that you're REGISTERED! How exciting to have reached that point after all of the paperwork. We are in line to be registered in Izhevsk, and are also working through CHI. Looking forward to sharing in your journey!
